- HappyStat asks you to set a weekly happiness goal on a scale from 1 (very unhappy) to 10 (ecstatically happy).
- One, two, or three times each day, HappyStat will ask you how happy you are on the same 1 to 10 scale.
- At the end of each week, HappyStat will report how happy you were relative to your goal and prompt you to set a new and, ideally, higher goal for the following week. Over time, being mindful of your level of happiness will lead to your feeling happier overall.
